Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Workshop Helper to support our teams in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will assist with material preparation, maintain a clean and safe workshop environment, and support skilled trades people to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist welders with material handling and general workshop support
• Support painters by cleaning, sanding, and masking prior to painting
• Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials within the workshop
• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure safety and operational efficiency
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times
• Perform basic manual tasks as directed by supervisors
• Assist in moving work pieces and finished products within the workshop

Requirements & Qualifications :

• Previous workshop or industrial experience is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of workshop tools and safety practices
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
• Punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
