Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate with prior experience in apparel retail to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for fashion, strong sales skills, and a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide personalized styling and product recommendations

Drive sales by meeting or exceeding individual and store sales goals

Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends, products, and promotions

Operate POS systems accurately, including cash and card transactions

Assist with merchandising, restocking, and maintaining store appearance

Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

Previous retail sales experience in apparel or fashion (required)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

Basic math and POS system skills

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Preferred Skills:

Experience with styling or fashion advising

Ability to upsell and build customer relationships

Knowledge of visual merchandising standards
