We are looking forward in filling the above position for our division Almoayyed Solar Co. B.S.C Closed (a division of Almoayyed International group) Almoayyed Solar, a division of Almoayyed International Group is an Energy Service and Energy Auditing company specialized in improving overall energy performance of Commercial, Industrial and Residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise daily site activities for ground-mounted and car parking solar PV installations.
• Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and project schedules.
• Enforce strict compliance with HSE policies, site safety rules, and permit requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
• Assist site engineers in installation, alignment, and inspection of mounting structures, modules, and related civil works.
• Conduct toolbox talks, daily briefings, and safety inductions for site personnel.
• Monitor manpower, tools, and materials to avoid delays and wastage.
• Identify site issues, constraints, and risks, and report them promptly to the site engineer or project manager.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and site discipline at all times.
• Support quality inspections, snag closure, and project handover activities.
• Maintain daily progress reports and site records

Competency Skills

• Hands-on experience in ground-mounted and car parking solar PV projects
• Good knowledge of HSE standards and site safety practices
• Ability to coordinate and manage site teams
• Basic understanding of drawings and installation procedures
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Problem-solving and time-management abilities

Education Qualification:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the solar supervision
