Description
We are looking for a Sales Manager with solid experience in closets, wardrobes, and kitchen furniture to manage our sales operations in Bahrain.
The candidate will oversee branch sales, lead the sales team, and ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily sales operations across branches.
Develop and execute sales plans to increase revenue.
Visit clients and project sites to build and maintain relationships.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
Prepare monthly reports and sales forecasts.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in kitchen or closet sales management.
Strong knowledge of interior design products, fittings, and materials.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Odoo / ERP systems.
Must be based in Bahrain and able to visit multiple branches.
