Our Company name is Top International Engieering Corporation Arabia Limited, is a Chinese Company .We are currently workingrge-scale integrated development project in Riyadh.So,We need to hire Project Contract Manager .The specific requirements are as follows:

Minimum 8 years of contract management experience in engineering projects, with knowledge of EPC, Turnkey, FIDIC, NEC, or similar contract forms.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering Management, Civil Engineering, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.

Oversee the full project contract lifecycle, including tender document review, contract negotiation, drafting, review, execution, administration, variation, and closure.

Ensure contract terms comply with laws, regulations, company policies, and project interests; mitigate contractual risks.

Identify and assess potential legal, financial, and performance risks in contracts; develop risk mitigation strategies.

Handle contract disputes, participate in claims and counterclaims, and safeguard the company’s interests.

Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance by all parties; coordinate issue resolution during execution.

Review and validate documents such as site instructions, progress payments, variation orders, and change requests for compliance.

Establish and maintain contract registers and filing systems to ensure completeness and traceability of contract documents.

Conduct contract management training for project teams to enhance contractual awareness and risk management capabilities.

Familiar with cost estimation, BOQ, payment processes, and project management workflows.
