Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Housekeeping Attendants from Nepal and the Philippines to join our hotel housekeeping team. The ideal candidate must have prior hotel experience, a strong understanding of cleaning standards, and the ability to maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and balconies according to hotel standards
Make beds, change linens, and replenish guest amenities
Clean public areas, corridors, and back-of-house areas as assigned
Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost & found items to the supervisor
Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times
Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly
Respect guest privacy and maintain professionalism at all times
Complete assigned rooms within the given time frame
Follow hotel policies, grooming standards, and SOPs
Requirements & Qualifications:
Female candidates only
Nationality: Nepali or Filipino
Minimum 1–2 years of hotel housekeeping experience
Knowledge of hotel cleaning standards and procedures
Ability to communicate basic English
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
Experience in star-rated or branded hotels
Knowledge of proper linen handling and room setup standards
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Working Conditions:
Shift duty, including weekends and holidays
On-duty uniform and safety equipment provided
