Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support event planning activities from concept to execution. The role involves coordinating schedules, liaising with vendors and clients, managing logistics, and ensuring events run smoothly and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and personal support related to event planning
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events (corporate, social, or private)
Coordinate calendars, meetings, and event timelines
Communicate with vendors, venues, suppliers, and service providers
Manage event budgets, invoices, and expense tracking
Prepare event briefs, schedules, and checklists
Handle RSVPs, guest lists, and attendee communications
Support on-site event coordination and troubleshooting
Maintain records, contracts, and event documentation
Perform general administrative tasks as required
Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Event Coordinator, or similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when required
Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in events, hospitality, or corporate administration
Knowledge of event management tools/software
Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
