Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and active Office Clerk to support daily office operations. The role includes welcoming guests, serving refreshments, cleaning, and assisting with some office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve coffee and tea to guests and staff
Welcome and assist office visitors
Transfer documents between departments
Perform office cleaning (front desk, pantry, meeting areas, bathrooms)
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
Support general office and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
