Description
Coordinate and manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for the management team.
Generate and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner & coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve billing discrepancies and reconciliations.
Prepare engagement letters, proposals, and maintain accurate records of client and staff documentation.
Act as a liaison between management, employees & clients.
Track staff attendance/leaves and prepare monthly attendance reports.
Monitor and support continuous improvement of the time-tracking system for auditors.
Manage inventory and coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and repairs.
Ensure the office environment remains professional, organized, and presentable.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand staffing requirements.
Prepare and update job descriptions and recruitment advertisements.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, emails, walk-ins, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases using recruitment software.
