As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting the sales and proc team in managing schedules, communications, and customer inquiries.
Coordinating sales activities and maintaining accurate records of sales data.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products/services.
Handling administrative tasks related to sales processes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
Strong knowledge of customs regulations and procedures.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in similar roles.
