We need an Architectural BIM Coordinator who can manage digital building models, ensuring architectural, structural, and MEP models are integrated, accurate, and clash-free.

- Clash Detection & Resolution: Utilizing Navisworks to identify and resolve clashes between architectural models and other disciplines.

- Model Integration: Linking and aligning Revit models to create a coordinated, federated model.

- BIM Standards Enforcement: Implementing BIM execution plans (BEP) and maintaining quality control of model data.

- Coordination Meetings: Leading regular meetings to address design conflicts and update team members.

- Deliverable Management: Ensuring accurate, timely 3D models and 2D drawings are produced for stakeholders.

Required Skills and Tools
- Software: Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and CDE platforms like ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of architectural design, construction techniques, and BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
- Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to bridge communication between architects, engineers, and contractors.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
- 3 year experience in a similar role within a design or construction firm.
- must have valid and transferable iqama.
- Ready to join immediately.
