We are looking for a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items while delivering excellent customer service in a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages to company standards.
Greet and assist customers with menu choices, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other caf? equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the caf?, including workstations, equipment, and seating areas.
Handle cash, card payments, and POS transactions accurately.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Restock and manage inventory of coffee beans, supplies, and caf? products.
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations and meet customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience as a Barista or in a caf?/food service environment preferred.
Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and caf? operations is an advantage.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Team player with a positive attitude and passion for coffee.
