We are hiring an experienced and professional Ladies Salon Manager to lead our beauty salon in Bahrain.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily salon operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Supervise staff scheduling, attendance, and performance
• Lead, motivate, and train the team to maintain high service standards
• Ensure excellent customer experience and handle client feedback professionally
• Drive sales, packages, and promotions to increase revenue
• Monitor targets, expenses, and overall salon performance
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Beauty Therapy / Salon Management or related field
• Minimum 4–7 years salon/spa experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Business-minded with a passion for beauty and trends
• English required; Arabic is a plus
