Job Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s food and beverage products to retail outlets, supermarkets, hypermarkets, restaurants, cafe, and wholesale customers across assigned territories within Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding customer base, ensuring product availability, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Execute sales plans and route schedules within assigned territory.
Identify new business opportunities and onboard new customers.
Negotiate pricing, promotions, and display agreements as per company policy.
2. Market Coverage & Distribution
Ensure product availability and proper stock levels at customer outlets.
Monitor product visibility, shelf placement, and merchandising standards.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Collect and report competitor activity and market trends.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key accounts.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and payment follow-ups.
Ensure timely collection of payments in line with company credit policy.
4. Reporting & Administration
Submit daily sales reports, route reports, and collection reports.
Maintain updated customer database and route plans.
Track KPIs including sales growth, distribution coverage, and collection targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in the FMCG / Food & Beverage sector in Saudi Arabia.
Transferable Iqama (for expatriates).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of Saudi retail market (modern trade & traditional trade).
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
