Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Specialist to support underwriting and relationship management workflows. This role focuses on ensuring merchant account submissions are complete, accurate, compliant-ready, and properly documented before final review.

Key Responsibilities
Pre-Underwriting Quality Control
• Review applications for completeness and accuracy
• Validate business details, ownership info, banking details, and processing volumes
• Identify missing information, inconsistencies, or risk flags
Document Management & Preparation
• Verify required documents are complete and readable
• Organize and label files consistently (PDF handling required)
• Maintain structured checklists per account
• Prepare underwriting packages with concise summary notes
Website & Compliance Review
• Review merchant websites using standardized checklists
• Identify missing policies and compliance gaps
• Provide clear outcome summaries
Follow-ups & Coordination
• Request missing documents using approved templates
• Track outreach and updates in Monday.com
• Escalate unusual cases when necessary
Administrative & Workflow Support
• Update tasks, statuses, and notes accurately in Monday.com
• Perform structured data entry in CRM/internal systems
• Support backlog clean-up and operational projects
Required Skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written English
• Experience with document workflows (PDF organization, file naming)
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Comfortable using task management tools (Monday.com preferred)
• Ability to work independently and meet daily targets
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in fintech, merchant onboarding, underwriting support, or KYB/KYC
• Basic financial literacy (reading bank statements)
• Experience in startup or fast-paced environments
