Description
We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Client Servicing Executive to join our team at Creative Action.
Experience Level: Fresher (0–1 year experience)
Reports to: Account Manager
Responsibilities
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across Saudi Arabia, ensuring satisfaction through clear communication and support.
• Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate quality leads through calls, emails, networking, and leveraging Creative Action’s services (social media, advertising, events).
• Follow-Up: Consistently follow up on leads and client inquiries to move prospects through the sales pipeline and secure deals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Manager to support account strategies, prepare proposals, and deliver presentations tailored to client needs.
• Market Research: Stay updated on Saudi market trends to discover new opportunities in retail, hospitality, real estate, and more, aligning with our offerings.
• Reporting: Track and report lead generation progress, client interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools or internal systems.
