Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to be the face of our company. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive a warm greeting and are efficiently directed to the appropriate specialized department.
Key Responsibilities
Client Welcoming: Greet all visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Client Routing: Identify client needs and direct them to the correct visa department or consultant.
Call Management: Answer and screen incoming phone calls, providing basic information about our services.
Appointment Coordination: Manage the daily schedule and coordinate client appointments.
Front Office Upkeep: Ensure the reception area remains organized, clean, and stocked with necessary visa forms and brochures.
General Admin: Handle incoming mail, data entry, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred).
Professional appearance and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
