Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to the CEO and sales team. Responsibilities include creating quotations, invoices, follow-up with clients for payments, ticketing, and managing supply chains.
Key Responsibilities but not limited:
• Create and manage quotations, invoices, and other sales documents
• Follow up with clients for payments and ensure timely receipt
• Handle ticketing and customer service inquiries
• Manage supply chain and logistics for the company
• Provide administrative support to the CEO and sales team
• Maintain accurate records and databases
Requirements:
-experience in sales administration or related role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel….
• Familiarity with sales processes and CRM software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience Excel. …
• Knowledge of ENGLISH language (for client communication)
• Experience in the Middle East market
