Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operational Manager to oversee daily operations, optimize processes, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within budget. The ideal candidate will bridge management and field operations, supporting both strategic goals and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations across multiple projects and departments.
Implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency.
Monitor project progress, timelines, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and finance teams.
Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with company standards, safety, and Saudi regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in construction or landscaping projects.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent knowledge of project management, budgeting, and reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
