Description
We are looking for a professional and well-organized Secretary with experience in the real estate field to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily administrative and secretarial tasks
Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence
Prepare reports, letters, and official documents
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
Maintain files, records, and documentation
Assist management with real estate–related documentation and follow-ups
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Secretary in a Real Estate company
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Professional attitude and attention to detail
