Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist with experience in MEP and Fit-Out projects to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and securing new projects within the construction and interior fit-out sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in MEP and Fit-Out projects.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.

Participate in tendering, proposal preparation, and project acquisition.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and upcoming projects.

Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and project teams.

Prepare presentations, proposals, and commercial offers.

Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve business development targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development within MEP / Construction / Fit-Out industry.

Strong knowledge of construction market and project tendering process.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Fluency in both Arabic and English is required (spoken and written).
