We are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Senior Accountant with solid Food & Beverage (F&B) accounting experience to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger postings
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Perform cost analysis, menu costing, and inventory variance reporting
• Oversee cash flow, bank reconciliations, and revenue audits
• Collaborate with operations and F&B teams to support financial decision‑making
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Lead month‑end and year‑end closing processes
• Coordinate with external auditors when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred)
• Minimum 5–7 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in F&B
• Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, cost control, and POS integration
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
