Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible Facility Supervisor to manage building operations, maintenance activities, and tenant coordination.

The ideal candidate should be able to oversee property maintenance and ensure smooth day-to-day facility management.

Responsibilities:

Supervise building maintenance and facility operations.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance with technicians and service providers.
Monitor cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of the property.
Collect rent from tenants and maintain payment records.
Handle tenant inquiries and ensure proper communication with occupants.
Ensure the facility complies with safety and operational standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in facility or property supervision.
Experience in building maintenance and tenant coordination.
Ability to manage maintenance staff and service providers.
Basic knowledge of record keeping and rent collection.
Good communication and organizational skills.
