Experienced Male Cleaner.

A male cleaner is responsible for maintaining sanitation and cleanliness in residential, commercial, or public spaces, including tasks like sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal. They must be physically fit for lifting and standing, follow safety protocols for chemical use, and often replenish supplies.

Key Responsibilities

General Cleaning: Mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and polishing floors.
Sanitization: Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, kitchen fixtures, and high-touch surfaces like door handles.
Maintenance: Dusting, washing windows/mirrors, and, in some cases, handling heavy-duty cleaning or floor buffering.
Waste Management: Emptying trash cans and disposing of waste according to protocol.
Inventory Control: Monitoring and replenishing cleaning supplies, toilet paper, and paper towels.
Safety/Reporting: Reporting maintenance issues, repairs, or breakages to management.

Requirements and Qualifications

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, and lift heavy equipment or furniture.
Experience: Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping roles is often preferred.
Skills: Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper equipment usage, and safety protocols.
Soft Skills: Strong time management, reliability, and the ability to work independently or with a team.
