Hotel & Tour Booking Officers
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle airline ticket bookings (local & international)
• Process visit, tourist, business, and residency visas
• Manage visa applications and documentation
• Book hotels, tours, and travel packages
• Assist clients with complete travel solutions
• Provide professional customer service
Requirements:
• Experience in travel agency, visa processing, or airline ticketing
• Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre is a plus)
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Ability to handle clients professionally
• Knowledge of GCC, Schengen, UK, and other visa processes
