Description
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor for a high-end restaurant in Riyadh.
This role requires strong leadership, service excellence, and the ability to manage daily front-of-house operations to the highest standards.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position and currently reside in Riyadh.
Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate all front-of-house operations during service shifts.
Lead, motivate, and manage the service team to deliver a consistent and exceptional guest experience.
Handle guest complaints and escalations professionally and efficiently.
Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure all staff are well-prepared and properly presented.
Monitor table flow, reservations, and seating to optimize service efficiency.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.
Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
Liaise with kitchen management to ensure smooth communication between front and back of house.
Support inventory oversight, stock checks, and supply coordination.
Prepare shift reports and communicate operational updates to management.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a premium restaurant or hospitality establishment.
Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse service team.
Strong problem-solving skills and composure under pressure.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest relations abilities.
Thorough knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.
Presentable, reliable, and highly professional.
Proficient with POS systems, reservation platforms, and basic reporting tools.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
