to oversee and manage the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Arabic grill cuisine and proven leadership skills to drive team performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Manage and supervise staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
Monitor inventory, control costs, and coordinate with suppliers
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Work closely with kitchen and service teams to improve overall operations
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant operations
Strong experience in Arabic grill restaurants
