Role Overview

The Store Manager will run daily store operations while also driving business growth through partnerships with schools and kindergartens. The role combines operations, sales, event management, and program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage store operations (staffing, scheduling, inventory, KPIs)
• Develop and close partnerships with schools
• Coordinate and deliver educational programs, field trips, and events (including birthdays)
• Support marketing and community outreach
• Handle administration, reporting, and compliance

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in store management, business development, or education sales
• Proven success in securing school partnerships
• Native Arabic speaker + professional English
• Strong communication, sales, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage programs from sales to execution
• Willingness to travel locally and work occasional evenings
Preferred
• Experience with education/STEM franchises
• CRM skills or robotics knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree (Education, Business, Marketing)
