A reputable trading company specializing in premium flooring products is seeking a results-driven Outdoor Project Sales Executive.
We are looking for a proactive professional with a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle to spearhead our project-based sales initiatives across Bahrain.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Actively identify and approach architectural firms, interior designers, contractors, and real estate developers to secure large-scale flooring projects.
Site Inspections & Consultations: Conduct on-site visits to assess technical requirements, take measurements, and provide expert product recommendations tailored to project specifications.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of institutional clients, ensuring our products are specified in upcoming residential and commercial developments.
Market Intelligence: Monitor local construction trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities within the Bahraini market.
Requirements:
Proven Experience: Solid background in outdoor project sales (specific experience in flooring, tiles, or building materials is a distinct advantage).
Mobility: Must possess a valid Bahraini driving license and a personal car.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively with project managers and consultants.
Drive: A self-starter attitude with a focus on hitting monthly and quarterly project targets.
