Key Responsibilities:

Promote and market available properties through online platforms and direct client engagement
Generate leads, conduct property viewings, and close sales or leasing deals
Prepare contracts and related documentation
Follow up with clients to ensure smooth transactions
Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

Experience in sales or real estate is preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Basic computer knowledge
Professional, presentable, and organized
Filipino nationality preferred

Salary: 250 – 400 BHD
