Description

We are currently looking for an Admin Coordinator for the HR Department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Documentation handling
• Ticket booking arrangements
• Insurance coordination
• Preparing offer letters
• Passport handling
• Issuing circular memos
• Managing employee vacation schedules and records

Requirements:

• Filipino candidates preferred
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple administrative tasks
