Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Secretary to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process sales orders accurately and efficiently
Coordinate with inventory, stores, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment
Maintain and update sales and inventory records
Assist the sales team with documentation, reporting, and administrative support
Communicate effectively with clients

Requirements:

4–5 years of experience in sales order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is an advantage
