Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Representative. You will work from home. Responsibilities include:
Responding to customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and support tickets
Helping users with listing, account, and payment issues
Guiding users through posting ads and using premium features
Maintaining response time and customer satisfaction standards

Qualifications

Good written and verbal communication in English and Urdu
Basic computer and internet knowledge
Patient and helpful attitude
Own laptop/computer and stable internet connection
Available for flexible hours (including weekends)

Preferred (not required):

Previous customer support experience
Knowledge of classifieds or e-commerce platforms
