Job Description:

The GIS Specialist will support the design, development, and delivery of high-quality visual web mapping services using the ArcGIS Platform. Responsibilities:

Design and produce high-quality maps using ArcGIS Pro with intuitive symbology principles, labeling, annotation, thematic mapping (density, choropleth, 3D, infographics), scale-dependent visibility, clear legends,

create and configure interactive web maps using ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, Configure Pop-ups (field formatting, media, charts, HTML customization) , map interactions (filters, labels, time sliders), Support integration with dashboards, story maps.

Publish and manage web maps, WFS/WMS, Share content through Portal

Prepare and validate GIS datasets, Geodatabases, shapefiles, hosted layers, data cleaning, transformation, and schema alignment, and metadata documentation
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree GIS, Geomatics, Geography, Surveying, or related field

4+ years of experience in:

GIS mapping

Web GIS Services (ArcGIS platform)

Web map configuration and popup design, Basic HTML (for popup customization)

Feature service publishing and sharing

Have skills in using efficiently ArcGIS Pro , ArcGIS Online / ArcGIS Enterprise, and ArcGIS Experience Builder
