Urgent Hiring Administrative Coordinator
Requirements.
Coordinating daily administrative and operational activities
Handling internal and external communications.
Preparing Reports, invoices, and official correspondence.
Maintaining proper filing and documentation.
Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Assisting management in administrative and coordination tasks.
Following up on pending tasks, deliveries, and payments required.
Camp, Manpower & arrangements for workflow.
Hiring local and overseas manpower as per the company requirement and the coordination.
Performing any other duties assigned by management.
Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting coordination.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Handle phone calls, emails and internal communications.
Assist with data entry and database management.
Prepare reports, Presentations, and administrative documents.
Maintain office supplies and administrative systems
5 to 7 Years Experience in administrative support or related fields.
Qualifications:
Diploma, in Business Administration. Office Management. or a related field.
Proven experience in administrative roles.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong Verbal and Written communication Skills.(English, Arabi & Hindi)
