Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in manpower supply or staffing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Familiarity with labor laws and recruitment best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment software/tools.
