Description

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Prepare and manage the monthly payables.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Reconcile bank statements.
• Support payroll processing and employee expense reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement.
• Handle office correspondence, filing, and documentation.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
• Organize company events and meetings.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Any other required job tasks asked by the management.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience of the same role and willing to join immediately.
