Job description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support our hiring process and ensure a smooth candidate experience. The ideal candidate must be currently based in Bahrain, available for immediate joining, and have a solid understanding of Bahrain Labour Law and local recruitment practices.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including interview scheduling and candidate communication
Support recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
Post and manage job advertisements on platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn
Maintain and update candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial candidate outreach
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at all touchpoints
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation
Ensure recruitment processes comply with Bahrain Labour Law and company policies
Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires
Requirements

Currently residing in Bahrain and available for immediate joining
Proven experience in recruitment coordination, HR support, or similar role
Good knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and recruitment processes
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment systems (ATS)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in high-volume recruitment environments
Familiarity with employer branding and candidate engagement practices
HR certifications or relevant training
