Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both digital and traditional marketing, with proven ability to manage campaigns from strategy to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO, SEM, email, and paid advertising
Manage brand positioning, messaging, and promotional activities
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
Oversee content creation for digital and offline channels
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for campaign delivery
Organize events, promotions, and brand activations
Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing or a similar managerial role
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, analytics platforms)
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities
Experience working in GCC/Bahrain market preferred
Must be currently residing in Bahrain
