Description

Local Transfer Experienced Joinery Outdoor Sales Executive.

A Joinery Outdoor Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales of custom woodworking, furniture, and interior fit-out projects by traveling to meet with prospective clients, architects, interior designers, and contractors.

They manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to securing contracts, typically working with high-end residential or commercial projects.

Core Responsibilities

Business Development: Actively seek new clients, contractors, consultants, and interior designers through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Client Meetings & Presentations: Travel to client sites, offices, or project locations to discuss requirements, present tailored joinery solutions, and showcase samples.
Project Estimation: Interpret CAD drawings, architectural blueprints, and site measurements to prepare accurate quotations, technical proposals, and BOQs (Bills of Quantities).
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and project deadlines to secure sales and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, designers, and project managers to ensure repeat business.
Project Coordination: Act as a liaison between the client and the internal factory/design team to ensure the final product meets client specifications.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in outdoor sales, specifically within the joinery, fit-out, furniture, or construction industry.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of woodworking, joinery materials (wood, veneers, MDF), and ability to read CAD drawings.
Driving License: A valid driver’s license is mandatory for travelling to client sites and project locations.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is often considered a strong advantage in regions like the GCC.
Software Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
