Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and energetic Barista cum Food Maker to join our team at HauteHealth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages and light food items while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and specialty drinks to company standards
Prepare light meals, snacks, and healthy food items
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area at all times
Handle customer orders professionally and efficiently
Operate coffee machines and kitchen equipment safely
Monitor stock levels and report shortages
Follow food safety and health regulations

Requirements

Previous experience as a Barista or Food Preparation staff
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and basic food preparation
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
Flexible with working hours

Preferred

Experience in healthy food concepts or cafés
Knowledge of smoothies, salads, and light meals
