​Black Panda Cafe is looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Jurdab. If you love specialty coffee, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and take pride in crafting the perfect cup, we want to hear from you!

​Responsibilities

​Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee (V60, Syphon), lattes, and signature drinks.
​Maintain high standards of quality for every beverage served.
​Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
​Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
​Maintain a clean and organized workspace and seating area.
​Assist with inventory tracking and restocking supplies.

​Requirements

​Previous experience as a Barista is preferred.
​Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art is a plus.
​Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.
​Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
​Must be based in or able to commute to Jurdab.

​Salary Range: 180 BHD – 300 BHD (depending on experience).
