We are looking for a Residential Compound Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a residential compound and ensure a high standard of service, safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong supervisory skills, good communication abilities, and experience in managing residential facilities or similar properties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise the day to day operations of the residential compound
- Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, security, and overall appearance of the property
- Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, security, and other support staff
- Ensure all facilities and common areas are properly maintained
- Handle resident concerns, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
- Conduct regular inspections and report any issues that need attention
- Follow up on repairs, maintenance work, and service quality
- Support smooth move in and move out processes when needed
- Ensure compound rules, policies, and safety procedures are followed
- Prepare basic reports and update management on operational matters

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of related experience in residential compounds, property supervision, facility management, or a similar role
- Must be fluent in English and Arabic
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to supervise staff and manage daily operations effectively
- Good organizational and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in leasing and compounds will be an advantage
- Good customer service approach
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards
