Key Responsibilities:
Prepare authentic Kerala and South Indian dishes (veg and non-veg)
Handle bulk cooking for catering operations
Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
Work efficiently within a professional kitchen team
Requirements:
Must be from Kerala (India)
Proven experience in catering or restaurant kitchen
Ability to manage high-volume cooking
Transferable Iqama (Kafala) is mandatory
