Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department.

The ideal candidate must be locally available in Bahrain, ready to join immediately, and possess working knowledge of Bahrain labor laws and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support recruitment processes, including screening candidates and scheduling interviews
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures
Ensure compliance with Bahrain labor law and company policies
Assist in processing employee documentation such as contracts, visas, and leave records
Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as an HR Assistant or similar role
Must be currently residing in Bahrain and available for immediate joining
Good knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law and HR practices
Experience handling expatriate employee processes (visa, LMRA procedures, etc.)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in handling government portals (e.g., LMRA, GOSI)
Familiarity with HR software or ERP systems
