Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to handle electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities across facilities and equipment.

The ideal candidate must be currently based in Bahrain, available for immediate joining, and experienced in maintaining electrical systems in commercial, industrial, or residential settings.

Knowledge of local safety standards and regulations is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine electrical maintenance, inspections, and preventive servicing
Diagnose and repair electrical faults in wiring, control systems, and equipment
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components
Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and manuals
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards
Troubleshoot power distribution systems, panels, and circuits
Respond to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests
Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
Coordinate with other maintenance staff and supervisors

Requirements

Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or related field
Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician or similar role
Must be currently residing in Bahrain and available for immediate joining
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and troubleshooting techniques
Familiarity with Bahrain electrical codes and safety practices
Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Physically fit and able to work in demanding environments
Expatriate Requirements
Valid work visa or transferable visa within Bahrain
Experience working in the GCC region preferred
Knowledge of expatriate compliance processes (visa, documentation, etc.)
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in industrial plants, facilities management, or construction projects
Knowledge of PLC systems and basic automation is an advantage
