Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support daily HR operations.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Bahrain Labour Law, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process (job postings, screening, interviews coordination)
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support payroll processing and attendance tracking
Handle employee documentation including contracts, visa processing, and renewals
Ensure compliance with Bahrain labor regulations and company policies
Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
Prepare HR reports and documentation as required
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of HR experience (freshers with strong knowledge may be considered)
Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law
Experience with HR software/MS Office
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Must be available for immediate joining in Bahrain
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in handling employee relations in Bahrain
Familiarity with LMRA procedures (visa/work permits)
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
