We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator Executive/Demand Planner with strong hands-on experience in Store-to-Store (STS) stock transfers and vehicle coordination to support our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute Store-to-Store stock transfers efficiently

Ensure optimal stock movement based on store requirements and availability

Arrange and manage transportation vehicles for inter-store transfers

Coordinate with stores, warehouse, and logistics vendors

Monitor dispatch, delivery timelines, and resolve transfer issues

Maintain accurate records of stock movements and transport costs

Support inventory control and reduce stock imbalances across stores

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field

4–6 years of experience in retail supply chain or logistics

Strong knowledge of stock transfer processes

Experience in vehicle planning and coordination

Good communication and coordination skills

Experience in multi-store retail operations

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
