Description
Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a barista or in a coffee shop.
• Knowledge of preparing espresso-based drinks such as latte and cappuccino.
• Ability to operate coffee machines and grinders efficiently.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve coffee and beverages as per standard recipes.
• Take customer orders and handle billing through POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and coffee equipment.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist in stock control and daily shop operations.
