We are currently seeking a highly experienced Interface Manager to join a prestigious high-rise construction project in Medina. This is an urgent requirement for a freelance role (no transfer).

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience as an Interface Manager in large-scale construction projects
Minimum involvement in at least 2 high-rise projects (G+20 floors or above)
Prior experience in 5-star hotel construction projects is highly preferred
Strong background in construction coordination and stakeholder management
Must be available for immediate joining
Open to freelance candidates only (no Iqama transfer required)
Nationality restriction: Not open to Egyptian nationals

Experience:

Solid experience in construction and interface management within complex developments
GCC/KSA experience is an advantage

Skills:

Excellent coordination and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple interfaces across disciplines
Strong understanding of high-rise construction processes
